About Us
Zero Three Design ("we," "us," or "our") is a creative design studio specialising in Brand Identity, Web Design, and Social Media. These terms govern the use of our website and the delivery of our services.
Services & Scope of Work
All projects are subject to a formal proposal and signed agreement outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Any changes to the agreed scope will be documented and may affect the project cost and timeline.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before any project commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are released. Payment terms will be clearly stated in your project invoice. Late payments may result in project suspension.
Revisions
Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope or exceed the included revision limit will be quoted and billed separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered files. Zero Three Design retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate briefs, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed project timeline, and Zero Three Design cannot be held liable for resulting missed deadlines.
